A lot of times that can be very stressful and overwhelming for everyday ordinary people, but I actually grew up with a disability. A lot of times when we are trying to do business or trying to work we are always comparing ourselves to other people. That can be especially difficult when you have a disability and you are dealing with things. How do I handle the stress when dealing with everything?”

Trevor is a father, professional, and a coach, He personally went through depression 8 years ago, caring responsibility for my wife, mum, and sister full time for approx 4 years.
